In veel gevallen leveren we fonteinen \u201cvanaf de plank\u201d; seriematig gebouwde fonteinsets in drijvende of vast opgestelde uitvoering, snel geleverd en&nbsp;tegen een&nbsp;gunstige prijs,&nbsp;omdat we componenten in aantallen laten produceren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We bouwen echter ook met regelmaat \u201ccustom-made\u201d installaties, aangepast op de wensen van de opdrachtgever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In dit geval voor Waterschap Zuid-Limburg.&nbsp;De gewenste&nbsp;aanpassing&nbsp;was&nbsp;relatief eenvoudig;&nbsp;een&nbsp;nieuwe&nbsp;fonteinset&nbsp;met een op maat gemaakt onderstel, waarvan de pomp&nbsp;gemakkelijk&nbsp;van het frame af te koppelen was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onderhoudsintervallen worden hiermee een stuk gemakkelijker. Het frame blijft in het water staan, de pomp kan worden afgekoppeld.&nbsp;De nieuwe fontein was vervanging voor een oude installatie, die in slibbodem vast ging zitten. Onder de slibbodem was&nbsp;de bodem weliswaar&nbsp;verhard,&nbsp;maar de oude&nbsp;fontein&nbsp;zoog zich vast in&nbsp;het slib&nbsp;en was alleen met machinale kracht uit de vijver te takelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/auga.nl\/technology\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/05\/Fleur-de-Lis-Vulkaan-Drijvende-fontein-Enschede-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14972\" srcset=\"https:\/\/auga.nl\/technology\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/05\/Fleur-de-Lis-Vulkaan-Drijvende-fontein-Enschede-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/auga.nl\/technology\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/05\/Fleur-de-Lis-Vulkaan-Drijvende-fontein-Enschede-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/auga.nl\/technology\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/05\/Fleur-de-Lis-Vulkaan-Drijvende-fontein-Enschede-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/auga.nl\/technology\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/05\/Fleur-de-Lis-Vulkaan-Drijvende-fontein-Enschede-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/auga.nl\/technology\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/05\/Fleur-de-Lis-Vulkaan-Drijvende-fontein-Enschede.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dat is niet alleen ongemakkelijk werken,&nbsp;maar ook heel&nbsp;erg&nbsp;slecht voor pompen die zo dicht op een sliblaag opgesteld staan.<br><br>Het nieuwe onderstel biedt meer zekerheid omdat de pomp hoger in het water staat opgesteld en geen bodemslib kan aanzuigen. Bovendien is preventief onderhoud is een stuk gemakkelijker uit te voeren.<br><br>De fontein is uitgevoerd met een 2,2 kW onderwaterpomp en een 19-stralige vulkaansproeier met een fonteinbeeld van ca. 8 meter hoog.
